Adding team profiles without showing the email address

I am trying to add a "team" segment onto our home page and I am seeing several users able to cleanly add a profile picture that actually links to a user profile without having to have a long bulky email and name attached to it. What I am seeing from everyone else is they can have just the profile picture that links to their profile and then they can add whatever text they would like underneath. These are 2x2 looking profile slots where as using the "user profile" macro I am getting something that looks more like 4-5 inches in width to 2 inches vertical. How am I able to fix this?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Instead of using the User profile, use the Profile picture macro. That will just add the picture and if you click on it it will forward you to the profile page.
