Adding related pages links

Where are the key words that related pages use to populate the related pages?

Pages are populating but the wrong pages.

You can help improve it by properly organizing content in Confluence. You can also hide it if you are not satisfied with the results.  This will give you time to improve your content and as the related page results improve you can turn it back on.

Related pages generally don't work via keywords, but are based on whether they are "organized together" or "often read together". You can find more information on this here.
