Adding comments in non-edit mode

Hi, hoping for some tips. I have built a confluence site, but want to try and reduce the effort for staff members updating it as required without hitting edit.

Is there a way, to allow people to update a table without the need to hit edit? Maybe a HTML code I can use?

No, there's no way to do this.  Your tables are part of the content of a page and the only way to change page content is to edit it.
