Adding a link to a title and the title disappears

Steps taken: 

1. Add a subtitle to a documentation page. 

2. Copy the title and add link. 

3. Title turns blue, indicating the link has taken. 

4. Hit update.

5. Title disappears.

I've been able to add other titles and links successfully t0 the same page. What am I doing wrong?

I went to the link of the file and renamed it ( added a space in the title). Saved it and relinked and it worked.
