Adding a custom thumbnail to a video

Hello, im trying to make a Confluence Site with a bit of a showcase with some videos. But when I upload a video, it will only make the videos thumbnail this boring grey thumbnail. Is there a way to make it a frame from the video - or even better have a custom one?
The only customizable setting for the thumbnail/video I can see is the size of the thumbnail.

I'm not sure if and where you could do that, but you can always use your own thumb by uploading an image and putting a link to the video behind your image
