Hi I just upgraded my free Confluence site to Cloud Standard primarily for guest access. Guests I've discovered are created at the Organization Level. We've never defined an organization prior to today, so I did but I do not see my existing products in the new org. How to I integrate those?

Hi Greg,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It's nice to have you. Happy to help with your issue.

First, when you create a Cloud site, an organization is automatically created. I checked your account, and I only see one organization and one site.

Can you let us know what problem you were having adding guests?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

@Greg Gosselin Once your org is set up as you want it, you can start with this page to set up guest access to your Confluence spaces: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/what-can-guests-see-and-do-on-confluence/

I don't know anything about guest access for Jira, but I'm sure there is related content in the Jira cloud documentation.
