Add padding to a color background box

I’m trying to add padding after a line of text in a background color box. Not a line break or a hard return. More the equivalent of 6 pts after in MS Word. The documentation says there should be a slider at the Background Color dialog, but there isn't. See the second screenshot below.

In the first screenshot below, the arrow points to where I want to add the padding in the Background Color box.  

I do not know css.

One way to do it is to add

logo-heading-block

in the "CSS Class" box. This should add some padding to the bottom.

Note: For future reference, the "Background Color" macro no longer exists in the new Confluence editor.
