According to this page (https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/understand-the-improved-atlassian-billing-experience/), you can have multiple billing admins:
So maybe you need to add another billing admin first and then manage the billing profile for that admin.

Though Im the billing Admin, I do not see any option to add a billing profile.
Maybe Atlasain removed this feature?
