Add new Billing profile

can we add another billing profile for the same accoutn and allocate services to the new billing profile?

Though Im the billing Admin, I do not see any option to add a billing profile.
Maybe Atlasain removed this feature?

Yes - You should be able to add another billing profile to manage your needs
