Is it possible to customize the categories found in Space Analytics / User Analytics? For example, I see name/email/created/updated/comments/views as categories if I export the Space Users Report to excel, and I see Title/creatd/last modified/last viewed/comment activity/users viewed/views if I export the Space Contents Report to excel, but are there other categories that I could add to either one of these reports such as time spent on page per user, number of times page has been edited, number of times attachment has been opened or downloaded or previewed, etc?
The Better Content Archiving app provides additional analytics like this:
This app's focus is not only analytics, but a bigger end-user problem. It gathers data and calculates these metrics, only because based on those it will determine the status, accuracy, "uptodate-ness" of pages and blog posts.
You may find it useful though, depending on what is the core problem you're trying to solve.
(Discl. it is a paid and supported app developed by my team.)
@Keisha Gamman welcome to the Atlassian Community!
The short answer is that the columns you see on export are the only items included in reports and the reports cannot be customized. So today, what you see is what you get.
The longer answer is that you are like many others that are thirsting for more data about your Confluence instance usage and efficacy and Atlassian has been listening. There are plans underway to extend the power of analytics. I think we may hear more about it later this month at Team ‘23 - stay tuned!

Allow me to share a link below to the relevant information for your case. Every report here can then be exported into PDF or CSV.
Hopefully, our app is helpful for you and your team!
With friendly regards
