Moin

We'd like to automatically add emojis to documents based on the document's title. e.g. To Add an (-) emoji if the Text "(DEPRECATED)" can be found within the document's title or another emoji if not. This should add just if the document is created or changed as a sub-doc of a specific document (this part is easy to me). All sub-documents should have an emoji most have a "paper" emoji some have the "deprecated" emoji.

Base Document

    📄This is a normal document

⛔ This document is old (DEPRECATED)

    📄This is an other document

How can this be done based on an automaton - task?

regards
Ralf

Hello @RWD ,

Emojis to the page can be added only manually and cannot be done through the automation sadly.

BR,

Nikola

@RWD It seems that someone actually has to go into the page and edit the page title to add the "DEPRECATED" text. This person can also change the emoji in the title at the same time. I guess this would work going forward only.

If you are trying to add these emojis after the fact, though, then, as @Nikola Perisic said, this cannot be done through automation.
