If you have the permissions, you can create your own:
- Go to Spaces on the main navigation bar, and select "View All Spaces"
- Press the "Create Space" button in the top-right corner
If the button is missing, space creation permissions might be limited at your company. In this instance it's best to reach out to a Confluence Admin / Site Admin to request they create it for you.
Regularly Admins can be found in your IT or System Administration Teams!
