This process would be for internal purposes, functionality would be:

Team member A is viewing my teams offerings in Confluence and wants to ask a question or kick off a request for my team. Requests are submitted via Salesforce case.

Can I add a link to my teams Confluence homepage that opens a new case populating my teams queue in Salesforce?

I understand the hyperlink functionality, I'm looking for a new case in Salesforce to be opened via 'ask a question' link in Confluence.

Hi @Kimberly Lane

Welcome to the community.

You can create an automation rule on the Confluence space based on a manual trigger, that fires a web request towards the salesforce API to create a new case.
