Hi, my account is suspended due to an expired credit card. I have updated the payment but it's still suspended. I need this to be resolved asap but when I file ticket, it's only a level 2 priority. I'm wondering how I can make this level 0? this is really urgent because it's affecting the company business immediately. Can someone help look into it? the ticket number is CA-2416955. Really appreciate it.
We passed through our weekend almost completly "blind" and nothing from Atlassian/OpsGenie! I wonder if that is the reality with other customers.
