If the subscription was recently deactivated (within the past 2 weeks) you can attempt to reactivate it following the guidance here:

Were you using a Free subscription or a paid subscription.
Atlassian states in their documentation that they reserve the right to deactivate Free subscriptions that have no activity for an extended period of time. They send multiple emails to the Organization Admin warning about impending deactivation. They send another email on the day they deactivate the subscription warning that the data will be permanently deleted "soon" unless you reach out to them to reactivate your subscription.
If you were using a paid subscription and you did not deactivate it yourself, then Atlassian may have deactivated it due to a failed payment issue.
At this point if you want an authoritative answer on the state of your subscription and data you need to contact Atlassian by completing and submitting the form on their Licensing support page:

We are volunteer, we don't have any access to users accounts. You will have to raise a ticket with Atlassian by clicking here.
However when was the last time you used your instance. If you have been inactive for some time Atlassian sent you notifications before deactivating the account.
Check your email if you ever received a message from Atlassian.
