We have JSM and JS installed for all our technicians. We were told by our partner that all of them could have access to Confluence and we would only need to buy licenses for the ones that create or modify content. And we did so
The fact is that our technicians can navigate through the space pages, but they are not allow to search KBs through Confluence bar ( I mean the one that appears in Confluence menu). We do not know if we are missing something in our system customizing or even using the Knowledge base searching by project on JSM.
We have structures KB info for this search and then we realized that JMS users are not able to use it or at least we do not know how.
Do you mind to clarifiy if this is possible?

I would assume that certain technicians have a confluence license and can create content. So we will skip them, since you've got no problem with them.
For the other technicians to have access to confluence 3 things can happen:
