Hello,

For some reasons I had to stop working on a project, for which I had ownership of the confluence organization. It has expired a while ago, far more than 15 days.

Is there a way to restore the organization?

Best Regards,

Hello @André Pina

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Organizations are a container for sites and product subscriptions.

Organizations don't usually expire, but the subscriptions on the sites within the organization might expire.

Are you saying that the Organization no longer exists when you go to https://admin.atlassian.com ? Or are you finding that you get some sort of error when you attempt to go directly to Confluence?

Were you using a free trial subscription for Confluence or free non-trial subscription for Confluence or a paid subscription for Confluence?

As a community of mostly Atlassian users we don't have access to see if your data still exists and might be restored. To get an authoritative answer you will need to contact Atlassian directly. You can do that through their Billing, Licensing, Pricing Support page:

Hi @André Pina

I’d first verify in admin.atlassian.com whether the organization still exists and whether the site appears under inactive/cancelled products. If the original Cloud URL is still reserved but the site is gone, this usually becomes a support case rather than something you can fully restore yourself.
