For several days now, it has not been possible to open the admin page. Regardless of the browser, the system returns a blank page – https://admin.atlassian.com/. Since the recent updates, there is also no longer an option to submit a support ticket. Please send instructions as soon as possible on how I can resolve this.

Are you seeing any specific error when you try to open Atlassian Administration or is it simply blank?
Also, are there any other admins who tried to open the same page? Are they also experiencing this issue?
I've checked multiple accounts and all seem to be able to open https://admin.atlassian.com/.

I'm not aware of any changes related to submitting a ticket via Atlassian Support. 👀
What message are you getting when trying to fill out the ticket/form? Standard plans should have 9/5 regional support from the official support team.
