Access right request

Hi,
I don’t seem to have access to some of the linked SharePoint materials (for example the Master Sales Deck, Sales materials and Q&A). Could you please grant me access or let me know whom I should contact to request it?

As this is an Atlassian community support forum and you have issues with accessing Sharepoint documents, I presume that those documents are linked on your Confluence pages.

The access to such documents/files is in the hands of your IT department in you company.

Usually the easiest way to get access is to open a ticket with them, or possibly talk to your manager who's the best person (and / or whats the best way) to reach out to.

I can't say more than that because there are many ways how to make the access smooth and there are many ways how to organize the company's structure and IT support.
