Access issue

Our team is currently using Retailnext with Power User permissions.

We are reaching out to request your assistance with the following issue:

I was able to access the detailed Retailnext user documentation through the following page: Getting Started - Knowledge Base - Confluence

I have successfully accessed this page and retrieved the necessary information. However, my team members have reported that they are unable to access the same page.

Could you please inform us of the process to request access? We would like to understand the proper procedure for submitting such requests.

I tried to access the page with my Atlassian account and stumbled upon restricted content. 

That means that I do not have permissions to view the page. Anonymous access is not enabled.

This space on the other hand, allows anonymous users to access it.

So, if the goal is to allow your coleagues to access the space you refered to, then you must grant them permissions to view that space. In case some content in that spaces is shared from other spaces, they will need to have access to those spaces as well).

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

We are a user community. We don't have access to the Confluence system you are referencing. We have no information about who administrators of that system are.

You will need to contact the owners/administrators of that system to request access.

I suggest you start by talking to the people who originally told you to access the information.
