So I haven't been able to login with company account for months, since I don't receive the 2FA email or a recovery link!
However I do receive frequent notification emails from Atlassian on the same email address sometimes even 10 or more in one day.
There is no content or spam filtering on my mailbox that stops receiving emails from you.
I decided to contact support which I came across a funny situation! to contact support I need to login! this brings me to the point that was it chicken first or egg first!
So Please atlassian tell me if I can't login how do I contact you when you ask me to login first to do so?

I'll escalate your issue with the Atlassians on this Forum, they may be able to help you.
Notification Emails come from different addresses than the Account related Emails so they are not nessecarily related.

You do realize this is not really going to work well. I had to login using my personal account, to report issue related to login with company account.
There should be a at least a minimal way of contacting your support directly via email, form, ...
