About external access in the Free version

I'm currently using the free version of Confuluence.
I have a question about the security aspect of the free version.

Is it possible for users other than those who are managed by Atlassian administration to access the system?

The free version of Confluence does not allow for anonymous access.  A user has to have a license.  The free version provides up to 10 licenses.  You would need to upgrade to standard to have that feature.  You can see the differences on the tables here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/pricing
