About establising connection between Data center JIRA and cloud based Confluence

Hello

We have extracted the following IPs from the support page to be added to our data center firewall allowlist. 

https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/

We need an agreement that 

There is no unreasonable software such as P2P, etc. will be installed on the server,
These sites are computer virus protected
And these site will not inject external viruses into our server
