hola mi instancia anterior fue desactivada por inactividad(el ultimo acceso fue en diciembre) hoy intente ingresar y esta desactiva y me crea una cuenta nueva sin mi contenido. por favor necesito recuperar los datos de la instancia anterior ya q esta mi tesis universitaria ahí.

I see that you have reactivated the confluence free site again but the data is not restored instead a new site is created.
The previous site was deactivated due to inactivity.
I would suggest you to raise a request with our billing team here https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/ who can assist you with the reactivation request better.

Hello, my previous instance was deactivated due to inactivity (the last access was in December). Today I tried to log in and it's deactivated, and it created a new account without my content. Please, I need to recover the data from the previous instance since my university thesis is there.
