AD users cannot log into wiki

Initially AD users can log into Confluence, but then after 2 to 5 days they can no longer log in. They see an error message saying that their login password is incorrect. The Confluence service is restarted and the issue goes away for another 2 to 5 days.

What version of Confluence are you running? Concerning the connection to AD, are the users synchronizing okay in Confluence? It might be useful to share some of the options you've set In the connection properties. E.g. Are you looking for groups in AD also?
