A space and all the pages in it are no longer accessible after an update

Hi,

We have updated from version 6 to version 7. After the update, one of seven spaces was no longer accessible.

When clicking on the space, the error message appears that the page was not found. If you open a page directly via the PageId, you also get a page not found error. Other actions in the space lead to a 500 error from the server.

We have already rebuilt the index (including deleting the directory). Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem.

It seems that all the necessary data for the space is still available in the database.

The Space itself is listed in all area directories.

What other possibilities are there to solve the problem?

Many greetings

@Dennis Balzuweit

Do you have any customizations or apps that the space is using?  I am assuming you followed this as you already rebuilt the index. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/unable-to-view-spaces-after-upgrading-385321287.html

Are you seeing anything in the logs?

Thank you very much. Updating all apps solved my issue.

Best regards
