A client wants to run Confluence Server in multiple locations autonomously, but have the same information in all instances.
Do you know a way to (securely) replicate this data?
Database is still open (MySQL or PostgreSQL), OS is Windows

There is no good way to do this.

In theory, you could replicate the database over to another place, and point another instance of Confluence at it, but that Confluence would have to be read-only, and you would have to restart and re-index it every time something was replicated.

I cannot find any tools in the marketplace that would do a "synchronisation" between separate Confluences.

Confluence Data Center is something you might think can do this, but as a single system with remote notes.  At this time though, Confluence DC does not support geographically distant nodes - it needs all its nodes to be in the same place.
