Hi
We have two users with the same permissions, but they don’t see the same things in a space.
Thanks for your help.
Hi @Youcef KHELLALI ,
If the 2 users have the same permissions in a space, there still can be differences in what they can see. Individual pages in a space can have restrictions, allowing some users not to see or edit them.
@Youcef KHELLALI You or the person wanting to see the page can contact the owner of the page to ask them to add the person to see or edit the page. They have probably restricted the page for a reason and may not want everyone to see the page.
EDIT: Just got to this post from @Robert Hean in my daily digest. It may help you to understand what's going on: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-User-Group/Permissions-vs-Restrictions-Confluence-Access-Series/m-p/3180951

Hi @Rilwan and @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- ,I see a lot of restricted pages. Some of the pages I’m looking at are restricted. As an admin, how can I grant my colleague access to all of them?
Because when i click on edit or the chains , i have a message like :
Hit the request access button and we'll find someone who can give you access.
Thanks

Hi @Youcef KHELLALI ,
Welcome to the community !!
As said by @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- , there might be restricted pages in your space. If you are an administrator, you can view the restricted pages list in Space settings --> Content --> Restricted

Hi @Youcef KHELLALI ,
The content owner
The content creator
The last editor of the content
The space admin.
The approver will receive an in-app notification as well as an email. In addition, anyone with permission to edit the content and manage content restrictions in the space will be able to review and approve or deny the request from the Access requests tab in the Share dialog.
