백업중 접속 불가능 상태

server 형에서 cloud형으로 옮기기위해 백업작업중 confluence 접속 자체가 불가능한 상태가 되어 버렸습니다 

confluence 재시작 및 서버 재시작 도 해보았으나 여전히 같은 상태 입니다. 

데이터라도 따로 백업 받을수 있는지 알고싶어 메일을 보냅니다 .

We don't have any migration paths to Cloud except through site XML backups. I am wondering if you mean that Confluence is inaccessible during the XML site backup. If that is  the case, a lack of resources, especially heap memory can cause Confluence to bog down during XML exports. You might try raising the heap memory allocated to Java temporarily during the export if the site backups are not completing.
