階層を表示したい

ツリーに表示されている階層（黄色マーカー四角）を右側のページ（黄色マーカー丸）にも表示したい場合はどうしたら良いですか？

マクロの設定で、「子孫の深さ」を子ページのレベル数と一致する数値に設定します。
