From what I could get here, the message says something like "If the problem persists, please contact support.atlassian.com", correct?
Generally, you can check Confluence status here: Atlassian Status; but there doesn't seem to be any incident going on. 👀
I'm wondering if this error appears when you try using different browsers or incognito mode? Are some other users experiencing the same issue?
I've tried opening a couple of instances (Confluence administration), but I couldn't replicate this.
