ユーザーをグループに追加する権限

スペース毎に管理者を立て、そのスペースにアクセスできるグループを設定します。
そのグループにユーザーを登録変更をすることで、スペースへのアクセス制御を行います。
グループにユーザーを追加することを、スペース毎の管理者に行わせたいのですが可能でしょうか。
なお、所属するスペースの設定されたグループのユーザー登録変更のみ可能とし、所属するスペースに設定されていないグループのユーザー登録や変更はできないようにしたいです。

→スペースに登録されたグループのユーザー登録権限は、各スペースの管理者に委ねたいです。

No, there is no way to delegate this permission alone - people are either an admin or they are not.

You can however get quite close.  Stop using groups in the permission schemes and use roles instead.  You will then find that project administrators can add people (and groups) into roles, controlling access to their projects.

I also looked into it, but couldn't find anything, so I guess it's not possible.
It's a little disappointing because it would be easier to use if I could create a hierarchy of administrative privileges.
