ストレージが逼迫しています。

スタンダードプランを使っていてストレージが逼迫しています。

動画なども埋め込まれていますが、どこに埋め込まれているかわからない状況です。

まずはどこにどのようなファイルがあるのかの確認方法ってありますでしょうか。
