I am glad to learn that you can select a template you've created for Rovo to use. This will come in handy for our Release Notes generation. I'm going to have to go back and watch that part again, probably a couple of times.

I guess I got my acknowledgement that it’s probably a good idea to be polite with Rovo if you want better responses 😆

One thing I liked from Rob and Aya’s walkthrough was the emphasis on being specific with the prompt. When the prompt included the role, the source document, and the expected structure, the output improved a lot.

It’s a good reminder that AI tools work best when we treat them like a collaborator giving context instead of just asking a vague question. Curious to try this approach with our own PRDs in Confluence.

Really enjoyed the conversation between Rob and Aya. The moment where Aya showed how the PRD could be used as the source and then Rovo generated the GTM plan was the part that clicked for me.
It made me realize that the real power isn’t just prompting from scratch, but using existing Confluence knowledge as context and letting Rovo transform it into something actionable. That feels like a huge time saver for teams that already document everything but struggle to turn it into plans.

One thing I noticed in Rob and Aya’s walkthrough is how much better Rovo works when it uses existing Confluence content as context.

Instead of starting from a blank prompt, using pages, notes or PRDs helps Rovo turn that knowledge into something more structured and useful. I can imagine teams using this to turn scattered documentation into project briefs, architecture overviews or rollout plans. Or even as input for agents like Release Notes Drafter or Product Requirements Expert.

It also raises an interesting question : where does the biggest impact come from ? Improving the prompt or improving the source documents in Confluence ?

I love starting from a Loom and prompting - usually to start a user guide for an upcoming feature!

I really loved the session. The examples of how to use “Create with Rovo,” along with the prompting tips and guidance on using automations with it, were especially helpful and insightful.

Great session! I liked how you showed that when the prompt is clear and the Confluence content is well structured, Rovo gives much better results. It also shows how important good documentation is.

Looking forward to try more with Rovo.

Really enjoyed this deeper dive with Rob and Aya!

One thing that stood out to me was how powerful Rovo becomes when it uses existing Confluence content as context instead of starting from a blank prompt. The example of turning source documents into structured outputs like plans or documentation was really interesting.

In my day-to-day work as an Atlassian Org Administrator, I’m thinking about using this approach to turn migration notes or change planning pages into structured rollout documentation and demo material for stakeholders.

Curious to experiment more with using existing Confluence pages as the source and letting Rovo transform them into different formats like summaries, rollout plans, or whiteboards.
