I'm sorry to bother you again, but I'm having some trouble loading the new information about my profile. It's a bit complex, so here goes the explanation:
I have linked my personal account (gmail) to my current corporate account from sngular
However, I haven't been able to link my former corporate account at resolution, which was active from 2020 to April 2025. This account was never linked to my personal account, although at some point I decided to just stick with it out of convenience.
When I publish articles with my personal account now, my profile states that my organization is resolution, although I have edited my profile both in my personal and my sngular account.
In the meantime, I have requested permission to write articles with the Sngular account, but I don't have a lot of activity yet - could you help fast track it? This would solve the problem.
It looks to me like this is old information not being synced from the Atlassian account. Can I raise a ticket for this?
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you! I’ll reach out to the team that handles these tickets to help get this sorted.
Additionally, I’ll connect with the product team to find out how the organization can be changed on the component that appears on article pages. I’ll update you as soon as I have more information.

Quick update @Jaime Capitel _Sngular_ . The product team has identified a bug in the article page component and has already opened an internal ticket to address it. We appreciate your help in improving our platform.
How do I create a primary account? I have Community accounts under two different work email addresses and under a gmail address. For none of them do I see the More options icon to make an account a primary account.
Please sign in with your Gmail account. Click on your profile picture on the top right and select "Settings". This will take you to the account linking page where you will be able to link the other two accounts.

@Senne JanssensThank you for reaching out and letting us know you’re seeing an error when trying to link accounts. I have escalated this to our engineering team for further investigation. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing and appreciate your patience while we work on a fix.
I have created a personal account in Altassian community to link my work account but it seems like the three dots is not even visible on my account page. So, am not sure how can I make this account primary and then link a work account. Also when I click the link account, I get an error "Something went wrong".
Thank you for sharing the details of what you’re seeing.
Our engineering team is actively working on an issue that’s affecting account linking and the “Something went wrong” error you’re encountering. This can also impact the visibility of the three‑dots menu to set a primary account.
I’ve added your report to the existing investigation so the team is aware of your case as well. We’re sorry for the trouble this is causing, and we really appreciate your patience while we work on a fix.
I’ll post an update here in this thread as soon as this has been resolved.
Hi! I'm hitting this issue as well. I'm a little concerned that it won't get resolved in time as I won't have access to my work Atlassian account soon and I really want to retain my community activity! I hope someone can help!
