user directory - migration

hi,

I am about to migrate my user directory from bitbucket to Admin.atlassian

my bitbucket directory which i epxorted had 136 records. out of this, 35 are not on plan (so i dont care about them). 
now focusing on the 101 users which are indeed on plan,
i am missing in my Atlassian admin 5 of these users. 

what will happen to these users following the migration of the user directory ? 
will they be able to login to my bitbucket ?

Could you please share more details on how are you migrating from bitbucket to Admin.atlassian.

This will help me understand the process and provide the best suggestion on how the user access will be post migration.

i am an admin on both tools, 
and following the guide in the email you sent me.
