we need to increase the number of users of our plan. Currently we have 100 users available. Do you give me information on how to proceed?

In Addition to Vasily's reply I would add that if you're using Cloud, you can directly manage your license tier through the subscriber's Atlassian Account (My Atlassian). If you're using server, you might want to purchase an upgrade to your license.

Please note that all of your plugins licenses must match your product license, might worth checking that part as well.

Also, Partners can help you with Licenses management if you don't feel like you want to take care of that, definitely interesting for large corporations (co-terming is also a must).
