i have enabled two step auth with Microsoft Authenticator app. whenever i tried to login it is asking one-time password. once i enter it is showing wrong password even though the password is correct.
Hey @Johnpaulraj A
Welcome to the community!
A one-time code is sent to your email. Use that code to log in. Check your email, enter the code, and you should be able to log in as usual.

Syahrul
I'm not receiving one time code via mail. i have enabled two step authentications so.

Hey @Johnpaulraj A
Thanks for sharing the screenshot.
The reason you're currently locked out is because you're using a different 2FA code for your Atlassian account than the one for Bitbucket 2SV. These are completely separate systems, so the Bitbucket code is invalid for your Atlassian account.
We have detailed information available if you'd like to understand this further. If you don't have a code for your Atlassian account, you can click on the 'use recover key' option to request a reset.
I hope this helps.

Syahrul
