Sometimes Bitbucket invitation emails can end up in the spam or promotions folder, so it’s worth checking there first. If the user still hasn’t received it, you can try removing them and re adding their email address. Also, make sure the email domain isn’t blocked by your organization’s settings.
If nothing works, ask the user to create a Bitbucket account manually using the same email, and then you can add them again, that usually resolves the issue. Let's try this
