i need delete a repository because the owner is no longer a member of the company. I have a admin permissons and my ask is if i delete the repository he can recover this?
Repository Owner can't restore the deleted repository
If you want to restore deleted repository either you need to push it from your local copy(if you have) to newly created repository(with same name or another) else you have to get it from server backup
