ssh [email removed] recovery_codes does not return recovery codes

I lost my authenticator device, now I tried to get recovery codes with ssh as below, it just showes authenticated status but no code returned.  can anyone help on how can I do to get the recovery code? thanks

: ssh git@bitbucket.org recovery_codes

authenticated via ssh key.

You can use git to connect to Bitbucket. Shell access is disabled

Welcome to the community!

It's no longer possible to get recovery code via SSH at this point. You will have to request a reset and wait 24 hours for the reset email to be sent out.
