requesting password for command "pod update" and not for "pod install"

I create private repository and upload a pod to it.

From sample app I defined the source for my private repository.

When using "pod update" it asks for password, as it should

When usign "pod install" it installs without password.

is it bug or need to configre something else?

Probably worth explaining a bit about "pod" for people who don't know it.
