Hello, I deleted the workspace from bitbucket with {{name}} and now when I try to create it with the same name from another account, I get an error that the name is already taken. Can you tell me how to solve this issue?

Once a bitbucket workspace is deleted, it takes up to 30 days for the data to be fully deleted from the backend, as per what is described in the following documentation:
Once an account has been deleted, both the account and the personal data in it are gone forever.
After you delete your account, personal and billing data associated with the account will be also deleted from all Atlassian services accessed by your account within 30 days, unless we're required to keep it for legitimate business or legal purposes.

So it will take 30 days from the day you have deleted the workspace to its id become available to be used again.
You may want to create a new workspace with a different, currently available id, and once the 30 days have passed, you can change the workspace ID to the one you originally wanted.
