Dear Atlassian Support Team,

I received your email regarding unused Bitbucket workspaces scheduled for deletion.

I am currently unable to view my existing code repositories and workspace content. I would like to reactivate the workspace(s) and regain access to my repositories.

Please guide me with the required steps to reactivate the workspace and restore access.

Please let me know how I can proceed.

Hey @Tech Support ,

There has been an announcement on that topic here: Bitbucket cleanup of free unused workspaces: what you need to know

However, I believe there are some issues with the self-reactivation feature, so I'll ask someone from the forums team to chime in here and try to help out.

Cheers,
Tobi

Hello Tech Support,

As Tomislav mentioned, the instructions to review and recover your deactivated workspaces are provided in the announcement Bitbucket cleanup of free unused workspaces: what you need to know.

In order to review your deactivated workspaces, please navigate to https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/deactivated and reactivate it from there.

If you're having any trouble, please let us know.
