This question was (sort of) resolved by changing which email was used to log in. However, I have email history (just checked) that uses the email I'm currently logged in with. Yet, when I try to access my BitBucket.org account, I am told that:

You are logged in with your Atlassian account for ********@gmail.com, but you haven’t yet signed up for Bitbucket Cloud with this account.

Sign up for Bitbucket Cloud using ********@gmail.com or log in with a different account.

How do I regain access to my old account?

(It may be helpful to note, for any support that can view my account email, that the account used to post to this forum is my organization account and the account I am referencing in the issue is my personal account)

Hi! 

 

Looks like Edit in Atlassian account  is not synced. 

Could you check after a few minutes?

Hm, have you tried to raise support ticket ? using this link https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
