I received the mail form atalassina stating payment for Bitbucket (workspace-id-redacted) due to a problem with your payment details.

I see that you have contacted our Customer Advocate team as well for this issue. The payment failed because there was an issue with the credit card on file. You will need to contact your credit card provider for more info on how to resolve the issue.
