Hello Atlassian Support,
I am unable to access my Bitbucket account because the email address associated with it has been turned off as we have dissolved and I can no longer receive verification codes.
Details:
Email associated with the account: support@lumenetix.com
I still know my last password, but when I try to log in, the system sends a verification code to the old email.
I cannot restore that email account, so I have no way to complete the verification.
Could you please help me by:
Verifying my identity using alternative methods.
Updating my account to use a new email address appavie@gmail so that I can log in again.

I understand that your old Email account does not have a mailbox to Recieve OTP verification for Email address change.
You would need access to the old mailbox to verify via OTP. This OTP challenge is initiated when the login device or geolocation has changed. This is a mandatory security measure.
Without access to the old mailbox, you will not be able to change to a new Email address.
Workaround
Create a new workspace and push any local backups of the repositories to this new workspace.
