Olá, meu líder de equipe tem enviado um convite de um repositorio do bitbucket para mim no email e nunca recebi, ele já tentou várias vezes, alguém pode me ajudar?

Às vezes, o endereço de e-mail é adicionado à lista de supressão da Atlassian. Você deve abrir um chamado de suporte para verificar se o seu endereço de e-mail está lá.

I redacted the email address you posted, as this is a public forum. I've taken a look and can see that the user is not unsubscribed from email notifications, and is not in our suppression list - so emails should be getting sent to your mail server.

Once it hits your mail server, it could be getting rejected due to whitelisting settings - please ensure your mail admin whitelists these as follows:

• noreply@am.atlassian.com

• noreply+XXXXXX@id.atlassian.net

• 216.221.175.128/25

• 76.223.147.128/25

Once this is done, please cancel and resend the invitation.
