In one of my courses I ask students to import a GitHub project into their Bitbucket account as a "base project" for an assignment. Recently several students have encountered a "Something went wrong" response when they do a Create and then click Import - the import dialog doesn't show up, just the error message.
They have been trying to import this repo from GitHub: https://github.com/LoyolaChicagoCode/shapes-android-java, but I don't think the repo is the problem, because at least one student was unable to reimport a repo they were successful at importing in the past - I think something has gone wrong in the Bitbucket account or some setting on their PC. The Bitbucket error code is in the attached screenshot of the error message:

Any suggestions for how we might debug this problem?
G'day @ryacobellis313 and welcome to the community.
It looks like your students are affected by a known bug with the import repository page failing. This is already under our radar and currently tracked at:
* https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-22458
Please Vote and Watch the bug report so that you can receive email notifications when we have any updates.
You can ask them to import a repository by going to the specific workspace instead as a workaround:
Cheers,
Syahrul
Thanks, I'll have my students try that workaround!
And I will Vote and Watch the bug report.
