I think it means your printer thinks there is a fault and it is trying to run a diagnostic.

Atlassian software might have been used to hold the code that has gone into your printer, but it is not running on the printer itself, so I'm not sure we can be of any help.  I think this needs to be asked in a forum about Mimakis instead of Atlassian.
