missing projects and repos

i am using bitbucket for a long time

i have some projects and repos on it as private

now i logged in to download one of them i could not find any

i check all docs and faq and forum posts and tried a lot of the solutions it provides

but none of them worked for me

the link of deactivated repos is not present in my account and i could not find a way to reactivate my repos

It looks like the Cleanup unused Repositories might be affecting you.

I've flagged your post with Atlassian, so an Support engineer should be in touch with you shortly.
